a sporadic self-chronicle since 2001

Apparently comments weren’t working before. That should be fixed now.

Cora’s parents arrived today and carted her off with her bed and dresser to her sister’s place in Peterborough. I helped with all the moving of things and before they arrived, Cora had me take out all the recycling and garbage. Housework is not a good substitute for lunch.

Tonight was another guild raid on Molten Core and that was fun. Didn’t get any loot out of it, but oh well. Afterwards, we had a small raid and went to upper Blackrock Spire where I did the quest to kill Rend, the fake warchief. I’m slowly getting closer to being able to fight Onyxia - the big dragon.

Once that was done, I redid my talent points. Blast Wave was crap so I got Arcane Power instead. Much more fun. I also won an auction for a [Tome of Arcane Brilliance] today. It was 70 gold and while many guild members said I shouldn’t have spent the money, they forget that there are like 5 mages ahead of me in the guild without their tome. Waiting for the guild to provide anything for me at this point is a long friggin wait.

It seems that since everyone left town, not much happens. Every day is not much with extra helpings of World of Warcraft. Oh, it’s fun but it’s nothing overly exciting.

Tomorrow’s Friday but I doubt anything much is going on. Shawn will play all night so it’s just Ryan and I, and Cora whenever she gets back. Maybe Ryan and I can start working on Alliance characters. Maybe not.

I like this new format, but if you insist on talking about WOW all the time I’ll kill you.
