Got up and watched ‘Episode I: The Phantom Menace’ followed by Lost (both with Cora). Quick trip to Tim Horton’s and then we watched ‘Episode II: Attack of the Clones’ with Shawn and Ryan. Man, Ryan forgot nearly everything in that movie.
After all that Star Wars, I wanted to play the Episode I: Racer game but I’ll be damned if I can get the installer to run (I eventually gave up and played Quake II for three or four hours - so much for an early night). I aggravated over that while chatting with Dennis on IRC and we decided to do a McDonald’s run.
It’s funny how Ryan and I accept good and bad TV as normal. I mean, with Lost and Grey’s Anatomy, we just expect every episode to be good. That’s their usual. Smallville and Enterprise, however, are expected to be… not very good or even just bad. They usually are. The final two episodes of Enterprise have aired now and… meh. The last episode took a weird approach but overall was rather uninteresting. The plot was just downright boring. Mind you, it seems they recognized Tripp was the best character though, so that’s cool. Still, it wasn’t anything great, which is too bad.
