A while back I swiped a screen door to put on our patio door (to replace the one we had which was all taped up and looked terrible). However it turned out that it was made for a door that opened opposite the way ours does. Nonetheless, it was put on the patio door and though it’s not the way it’s meant to be, it will do its job.

I mention this because as I was looking through it this afternoon (late afternoon), I noticed a note. A simple 8.5×11″ paper on which someone had written something to the effect of ‘Please turn off your bass between 12am and 10am.’

It was then signed “-nm” which, of course, is the shorthand notation of “nevermind.” So I ignored it.

We had a vote here to see if we should hang a sign on their patio door reading, “Please turn off your ringer, turn it down, disconnect your phone or just fucking answer it” as well as another, “Please stop playing basketball inside your house so loudly between the days of May 23rd, 2005 and August 30th, 2006.” We would, of course, sign both of them “-lol”

However, even though the vote was passed, we realized it would take far too much effort to actually do anything, especially considering we didn’t even bother taking down their sign.

In unrelated news, I bought my epic mount in World of Warcraft and the extra speed is lots of fun. I’m now poor again and owe Shawn 100 gold. The guild raid tonight went well. Made a bunch of attempts on Ragnaros and we’re improving greatly.

It’s the end of the long weekend and I’ve done nothing productive, apart from my escapades in a digital realm which really barely exists at all.
