Walked to work today and it was a long day. My back was really starting to get to me near the end but that last break came just in time. They’re really behind in orders so we were asked (earlier this week) to stay until 4:30 this afternoon (instead of Friday’s usual noon).
Chris left at [...]

Took the bus to work this morning. I walked to campus and caught it there when I should have saved myself some time and caught at Albert and Columbia. Oh well.
Today just flew by. We had to watch a WHMIS video that lasted forty minutes so that took up a portion of the morning. I [...]

Started work today. Dennis was kind enough to get up early and drive me in, which was cool. Was there early and got a quick walking tour of the plant before I began work at seven. Seems I mostly just assemble furniture. Also stack and move it occasionally. The company makes patio and office/school furniture [...]

Heidt called me this morning and offered me a job. Apparently my interview went well and they somewhat quickly found a position for me. Anyway, the best parts of the job were that it was from 4:30pm - 3am, which is my peak time and that it was somewhat nearby. However instead of that, they [...]

Got up early this afternoon and at two, I got a call from the factory job for an interview at 3:30. It went well but at the end the guy said he didn’t have positions available and would put my resume on file. What the hell?! Who does an interview and then puts your resume [...]

Really, not much happened today. After our guild raid, Shawn and I made dinner and watched ‘Candyman: Farewell to the Flesh’ on Space. I wasn’t all that interested but it had Kelly Rowan (from The OC) in it so I stuck around until the end.
I haven’t been excited about a new game since WoW came [...]

I went out geocaching with Dennis late tonight. We checked out the Woodside Cache in Kitchener. It starts out in a park, surrounded by trees where you have to get dates from a few plaques and add them up together to find the coordinates for the first micro-cache.
But the park is surrounding an old residence [...]

I managed to shower before plans were made tonight - quite impressive, I know. Anyway, Mike, Dennis, Alison and I went to a small restaurant in Cambridge to see a small Ottawa band play.
By day, I’m sure it was a nice little place…
With the band and crowd in there, it just looked like a crappy [...]

I was up so late last night that waking up in time for our 7pm guild raid was difficult. So difficult in fact, that I was an hour and a half late.
Ryan’s life is full of indecision lately. Tomorrow he might just stay here for the weekend, or he might go home to Whitby for [...]

Romer says:
Ryan says:
Ryan says:
my shark devours your fish
Romer says:
that’s a nice shark
Romer says:
but my fat fish will crush your shark
Ryan says:
your fish is too fat to swim
Romer says:
your shark has no gills and will drown
Ryan says:
my shark just swims around your fish and takes little nibbles
Ryan says:
your fat fish feeds my shark for a month
My [...]
