Cora, Shawn and I walked to campus and met up with Dennis at to Cove. He was busy pwning newbs with Ganryu in Tekken 5. Once he was finally defeated, we took off and headed to Ethel’s for cheap tacos. So good and so filling.

For the past few weeks, I’ve been reusing a disposable water bottle at work for a week at a time or so. Oh sure, I know it’s a breeding ground for bacteria but I needed water at work and didn’t have much else. Except last night I remembered that I had a Brita sports bottle I used to use in first year, so I decided to use that today.

Unfortunately, the bottle’s been sitting unused for three years in a box which also contained extra bars of soap and it seems the vapours of that soap leached into the plastic of the bottle. If I fill it up and drink it, all is well. If the water sits in there for more than ten minutes, it begins to taste like soap. Not really fun at all. So I’m heading back to the bacteria bottles. At least they taste fine.

I discovered tonight that ‘Land of the Dead’ stops playing at Galaxy on Thursday. Fuck, so much for my kickass plans for Friday. Instead, I’m thinking of an early showing of ‘Fantastic 4′ then on to Phil’s to get good and drunk and leave at eleven or so since I’ll be working Saturday morning.

Also, Janet’s throwing a party for Shawn on Saturday - to be followed by an excursion to Club Abstract. Busy weekend, indeed.
