When I got to work this morning, I was told I was working with Laura. I’ve been stuck with idiot-Arlene for weeks now so it was a most welcome change. Arlene didn’t show up at all today so after work I asked Jeff and apparently she quit. Thank God. I’d like to think I had a small part in that. Perhaps the fact that we wouldn’t talk for more than two minutes a day, in total.

Other work updates… Julie, a girl who started a week or two ago, also quit. Josh, the kid who was a punk, was fired as was Tim the idiot plant manager. There’s a new plant manager now, of course. His name’s Roman and he wears the most ridiculous shirts. Chris was also fired, which kinda’ sucks. I think that was because he missed so much work because of being sick and such.

There was a tonne of shit to do today and some of us stayed right until 6:30 working. Afterwards I was exhausted so rested a while outside before heading home.

My new high speed 1GB SD card for my camera arrived today. Oh, and the Rogers guy came by and hooked up our digital cable. Hooray for new toys.
