I never know at work if my face looks tanned from the heat of working or if I’m actually getting some sun. At home, I live in darkness or dim lighting - it’s my preference but it makes it hard to tell there, too.
After work today, I laid out in the grass under a tree [...]

J,
Glad to hear about the whole environmental management and assessment thing. Hopefully it’ll help you find work you can bare.
My job? I like it and will honestly miss it when I leave.
Mind you, I’ll miss the job mostly because I’ll miss the people there. The job itself is fine. I’m sure I would get sick [...]

After work, I rushed to Futureshop to buy the product service plan warranty thing for my new camera. Funny how normally hen I buy stuff there I have to beat off the employees with a stick, trying to just buy the item and not the service plan. Yet today all I wanted was to buy [...]

We went out to McDonald’s for lunch today. Rushed there, rushed to eat and rushed back but it was SO worth it. Two cheeseburger day, so I had four. Jonathan tried the same but couldn’t do it and I had his last one (plus my last one) during the last break.
Ryan and I grabbed [...]

Man, it was a boring day today. Usually Laura is there to help keep things interesting but instead she took off to Canada’s Wonderland all day with her cousin Rachel. Lucky girls. The only good part of work today was getting to work the one hour of overtime with Jonathan.
After thinking about it all day, [...]

Man, it’s hard coming up with interesting things to write about when there isn’t anything at all going on.
I had a bunch of packages awaiting me when I arrived today. All from Futureshop but shipped in separate packages: ‘Mystery Men,’ ‘Life of David Gale,’ ‘Waterworld’ (all 3 of those for $20) and ‘Constantine.’
John Constantine’s the [...]

Another everyday day, the highlight of which was that Shawn cleaned out our shower. No more dirt and bacteria growing.
Seems like a tentative plan to see ‘The Island’ on Friday. The early show since we’ll have work the next day. I had thoughts of Abstract on Saturday but Laura’s taking off after work so probably [...]

Pretty relaxed day today. The most strenuous part was trying to eat Chinese at my desk while playing World of Warcraft. Yes I know, I’m so hard done by.
I almost wish it really came in those little boxes - they look so fun! Plus it’d be a lot easier trying to store the leftovers in [...]

The phone rang at 6:30 this morning. Apparently it was pouring rain in Kitchener and Laura wanted to know if I wanted a ride in to work with her. Hells yes! I worked with her all day and then got a ride back home with her afterwards.
It was a rush to grab some lunch, shower [...]

At work, it was another hot day. Most left at noon and almost all the others around three. Laura and I got to work for the last hour and a half together, until 4:30. When we got off we went outside and between the heat and my tired legs, we didn’t want to bike home. [...]
