a sporadic self-chronicle since 2001

I’d tell you of how I finished cleaning today, all the vacuuming, recycling and garbage but really… I’m already bored of the topic.

Laura baked me a cake!!

And I spent all evening watching TV on DVD. Go me.

Well, that’s certainly more aesthetically pleasing than the one I made for Dennis at the beginning of the summer!

GOD I LOVE FLICKR!! hee hee! It makes it so much easier to describe things when you can use a picture as an aid. :)

Thanks, now Laura and I want a strawberry cake, RIGHT NOW.

Also, what are the advantages of using flickr? I mean, if I have a website where I can stick pictures, should I bother with flickr?

haha, well I can always make it again for the two of you… one day! it was easy (no blender required!) and delicious.

i like flickr because i don’t have a site hosted on my own domain, like yours. flickr also has this uploader tool where you can drag a ton of pictures at once into the uploader thing and it will do all of the dirty work for you! you can also make captions for all of the pictures in the batch..which is SO much easier than waiting for each to load and doing it individually. Also, you can upload the pictures into certain sets (in the free account, you have a max of three sets, in the pro, you have unlimited!) which again.. makes it so much easier to organize your pictures.

Also, I like how you can view every set as a slideshow.. :D and people can comment on your pictures if they want to, which is kinda neat too.

So, I think with you, it might not be as worth it, unless you like things like slideshows and fast uploading pictures (the drawback is it LOOKS like another site, whereas your pictures are only on your page so it looks cleaner, if you know what i mean). oh well, you can’t have everything! :P
