Joe picked me up and drove me to his place for the night. While I am away, Laura’s taking the opportunity to visit her ex-boyfriends. I believe that is her plan for tomorrow as well.

We played games all afternoon. A lot of Mario Kart DS and then some Metroid Prime 2 on the ‘Cube. Lisa came over for a bit after work. We had dinner, hung out and then she took off back home since she works tomorrow.

Somehow, Joe managed to convince Dennis to come play with us. I think it might have been Joe’s horse skills that did the trick.

While Dennis was en route, Ryan and Melissa called, wanting to do something. So we had them over, too.

Dennis drank,

…we played cards,

…followed by Jenga,

…And then more cards.

But it was getting late…

…so I took a picture of the new stone,

And the engaged couple took off. Surprisingly, the Friday paper was already there when they left.

I played with Dennis for a bit on the DS’ and the ‘Cube while Joe did the jumble and crossword. Dennis and I even managed to convince Joe to sleep out in the living room with us like a regular sleepover. Sweet!
