I started into a new game of Max Payne 2 tonight. Hadn’t played it in a while and it’s such a great game. Since it’s like two years old (guessing), I can max out all the graphic settings (4xFSAA, anisotropic filtering, the works) and it’s quite beautiful. Runs smooth as hell… but still isn’t Half-Life 2 quality.
Graphics aside, it’s fun as hell to play. The first game rocked and they really kept all the good and improved on it further. The shoot-dodging is so useful and the bullet-time rocks, too. After just a couple hours tonight, I think I’ve played through the first third of it already.
