I can’t say a lot about it in comparison to Gilmore Girls, since I’ve never watched the ‘Girls but I got the impression that it was a drama.
Weeds is a dark comedy. Similar to Dead Like Me in it’s comedic nature.
And it’s awesome.

It airs in Canada on Showcase and has actually had a decent amount of advertising. Laura and I knew about it from ads we saw in the Toronto Subway months ago so we looked it up and she bought the first season on DVD.
Actually, Laura and I watched all of season two this past weekend, from beginning to end. And it was just renewed for a third season last week.
