a sporadic self-chronicle since 2001

For secrecy purposes, I renamed my resume file “eponymous work document” before opening it to work on this afternoon.

On the walk home, as I passed a bus stop, someone grabbed my arm and stopped me. When I turned to see who it was, it was that black woman who used to serve us in the cafeteria at SJU. You know, “No child, we Chartwell’s now.” That lady. Anyway, she was all excited to see me and tell me how she’s still there at SJU but Adrian isn’t. I guess she’s seen me down near my house and she used to live right near there, too. So that was kind of neat.

Played Mario Kart DS tonight with Dennis and Joe. I was drinking so any poor performance can be blamed on that.

I definitely think of you telling the story of her saying that, Mike.
