It’s no secret that I am a fan of the ‘nog…

…but it’s limited time availability always causes me concern. It seems like every holiday I’m trying to have some in my fridge at all times, but not let it expire.

Laura’s parents bought two cartons of the stuff for me at their place and they both expired on the 23rd. No one else at their place drinks it, so I didn’t quite finish them all off until Christmas morning. But it was still good.

Here at my place, I’ve got one left in my fridge with a best before date of yesterday. I hope to finish that one tomorrow. Then there’s one in the freezer but I’m saving that for some time in 2007. At least, so is the plan.
