It was super nice of our team leaders to tell us on day three that during these first four weeks we’re not supposed to be transferring escalation calls to management. Especially since I did it twice today.

All in all, today was between the first day (crappy) and the second day (much better).

Dennis and I headed out for dinner tonight to Louie’s Bar and Grill, sort of near Fairview Mall. It reminded me of Thirsty’s (plaza on the corner of Albert and Phillip) from the outside but it looked nice enough inside. Both Dennis and I tried the wings, which was what they were really promoting on their small little bar menu. Turns out, they were pretty good, not coated in bread or dripping with sauce but a little drier though still flavorful. The fries were good, too.
