I finished Stardust recently. It was a pretty good story. Full of adventures and such. I’m not often that into fantasy stories set in middle-earth type times but I still enjoyed it. I like that it wasn’t some giant, epic Lord of the Rings-type story. Oh sure, there are grand things going on while the book focuses on how one, small insignificant person can effect things on a large scale, but it’s just told differently. I really liked it, but I don’t know if the movie would be all that enthralling.

I’m running out of books to read. I think I’ll start the first Harry Potter book next.
