Laura and I went out and saw ‘Across the Universe’ tonight. I’m not usually into musicals, but this was really well done. I really loved it and would recommend it to anyone who watched the trailer and thought, “yeah, maybe.” The only down side is that it’s fairly long (the actual movie is just over two hours) and is a bit slow in parts. Still, it’s both visually and audio-ly awesome.
When we came home, we made up some fruit smoothies using some of the frozen fruit found in my sister’s freezer + soy milk:
