As much fun as Mario Galaxy is, and it is all kinds of fun, it leaves a little part of me wanting something more. It just doesn’t fill my serious gaming requirement. Don’t get me wrong, Mario Galaxy is 100% gaming joy - it just doesn’t have any of the serious aspect I require.

To help alleviate this unfulfilled need, I turned to other games. Tried getting back into Company of Heroes and while it’s still fucking great, I just wasn’t into it enough to continue on. I’ll still play here and there, but I’ve lost the initial need to play it regularly.

But with all this recent news about Deus Ex 3, I’ve been thinking about Deus Ex and Invisible War and thought I’d try and play through those again.

Bad news is that my Invisible War disc seems to be scratched, good news is that they’re both on Steam now (and I loves me my Steam games).
