Since we moved here, Laura hasn’t been able to find a dance studio she really likes. In the mean time, she’s been going to one that’s alright but not great.

Tonight was their big performance show and many of the groups weren’t synchronized with each other and seemed to rely on watching others to know what they were doing. Laura’s class, thankfully, all seemed confident in what they were doing.

So it was pretty cheesy in parts but still somewhat entertaining for its duration. In particular, the costume malfunction where one of the twenty girls dancing with foam baseball bats had her bat fall apart at the very beginning and had to pretend to lean on it and find other creative ways of faking her motions for the duration of her routine.
